1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading or using BudgetSystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, BudgetSystem grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and use the software on up to 2 (two) computers that you own or control. This license is for your personal or business use only.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute or resell the software or license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
• Share your license key with third parties
• Use the software for unlawful purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright notices within the software

4. Lifetime Plan — Limited Availability

The Lifetime plan is offered for a limited period only. BudgetSystem reserves the right to discontinue the Lifetime plan at any time without prior notice. Existing Lifetime license holders will retain their license and all associated benefits — including future updates — for the lifetime of the software product, as defined by BudgetSystem.

5. Updates

All plans include software updates during the active license period. Lifetime plan holders receive updates for as long as the BudgetSystem product is maintained and actively developed. BudgetSystem does not guarantee updates indefinitely but commits to supporting the software for a reasonable period.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy of the platform used for your purchase (such as Hotmart, Digistore24, Paddle or other supported checkout providers). Generally, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the software does not function as described. Contact support@versatilysoft.com to initiate a refund request.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BudgetSystem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the software is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetSystem and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts of Brazil.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the software following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
